No. ResOS knows how many tables and seats you have and uses a patented algorithm to predict your customer turn times based on historical data from your own restaurant. The more you use ResOS, the smarter it gets. You can also configure ResOS to limit the number of reservations at any given time. Most of our customers allow the ResOS system to book to a certain capacity percentage wise. The system will learn your capacity with constant feedback and adjust itself to fit your needs.
